The 2023 Reunion is scheduled for 10 & 11 June 2023 in Orange, VA. Part of the reunion will be at Bloomsbury. There may also be some activities on the Friday before and the Monday after.

If you want to stay at the Round Hill Inn in Orange they no longer do blocks of rooms with special rates. AND they do tend to book up way in advance with wedding reservations. SO BOOK YOUR ROOM THERE EARLY (It has been our usual “base” in the past). Remember that it is June & weddings quickly fill up ALL the places in & around Orange.

My Dear Cousins and Friends of the Taylor Family!
Plans are almost complete for our Reunion I Orange, VA, June 9-12. Soon I will be snail mailing your registration to you so you can sign up for the events you want to attend.
The Basics are:
Friday, June 9th – a private tour of the James Madison Museum in Orange with Heavy Appetizers and Other Goodies. THERE IS A STRICT LIMIT FOR 30 guests, so the first 30 registrations I receive for this event will be the lucky winners😊
Saturday Afternoon, June 10th, Montpelier Tour for us, then we’ll have dinner at a restaurant in town.
Sunday, June 11th – The Bloomsbury Picnic at noon to celebrate the Life of Helen Marie Taylor. This year would have been her 100th Birthday! Be thinking of stories you’d like to tell about your kinship with her. So Many Memories! We might visit Greenfield Cemetery on this day, also.
Sunday, June 12th – Visit to James Monroe’s Birthplace at Colonial Beach. Afternoon time to be arranged.
I hope many of you will be coming! It’s been a while since we’ve been together! Jim and I will be staying at the Round Hill Inn in Orange. I haven’t heard whether Steve Taylor can get out of Australia yet. I do hope he can be with us! He’s so knowledgeable, and I know so many of you enjoy his computer session on Saturday morning
